today

walked 20 minutes in morning.

Workout:

Front Squats, 2 x 20kg kb: 5, 5, 5, 5, 4

Windmills, 16kg kb: 3L/3R, 3L/3R

My ankle was a little sore walking, but seemed to be ok doing the squats.  I went ahead and iced it after working out as a precaution.  Hopefuly it will be fine.
