Deadlift (deload): I focused on maximum speed for these lighter weights:
135 x 5, 185 x 5, 225 x 5
Reverse hyperextension: 10 x 3
Good morning: 95 x 8 x 2

next week:
Deadlift: 245 x 5, 280 x 5, 320 x 5+
