Yesterday

Walked about 1.5 or so miles. stopping 3 times to do

stop 1: 10 chins, 20 pushups

2: 6 pull-ups, 20 pushups, 20 sit ups

3: 8 neutral grip chins, 10 hindu pushups, 5 pushups, 20 sit-ups
