Deadlift: 295 x 5, 335 x 3, 375 x 2
Pullups x 40 in sets of 4-5 varying grips
Seated Row: 150 x 10, 9, 8, (6 + burnout with 120)
Standing 1-arm T-bar Row: 60 x 9, 50 x 9, 40 x 9, 40 x 5 + 4 after 10 second break
Reverse Hyper: 3 x 10
