Friday Night

Quick kbell workout:

warm up with 20 around the bodies each way

20 one-arm swing each side (16kg bell)
30 two-arm swing (20kg bell)

25 each side of clean, squat, then press (16kg bell)
this had to be broken up into 7, 5, 5, 4, 4

25 chins ups
7, 6, 4, 4, 4
