12lb. medicine ball workout at home:
2 sets of walking knee-to-ground lunges with medicine ball held directly overhead.
2 sets of single-legged romanian deadlifts holding ball (~15 reps per leg x 2)
2 sets: alternating hand toss n' catch
2 sets: explosive hurl n' stop
1 set: squats with ball out front
2 sets: single leg squat with ball out front
2 sets: swing toss n' catch
