Leg press: 500 + weight holder apparatus (dunno how much it weights, guessing 25 lbs) x 10 x 4
Leg press: 525 + weight holder x 10 x 4
+ hamstring curls (i have found stiff leg/RDL to be overkill on my lower back since I'm deadlifting heavy also)
+ monster walks
+ calf raises
Goals for next:
